The Fresh Feast
The Fresh Feast is a quality local greengrocer that was re-built following a devastating fire. Rising from the ashes, the shop was designed and built from the ground up, using a subtle palette of natural timbers, black and grey hues and subtle yet effective LED lighting.
Delighting both the client and their customer base of over 40 years, the new shop has garnered much praise for its innovative design and quality fit-out.

Tombonda Home
The Tombonda Home is a restored rural residence that features all green materials.
Perched high amongst the rolling hills of the Yarra Valley, and given a revised sleek, sustainable modern interior and exterior, this home also features numerous energy saving and sustainable features such as insulated and rated windows, doors and walls, solar power providing fully independent power supply, and an underground tank used to store rain water to help reduce water costs.
Ski Club Victoria - Snowgums Development
The Snowgums development at Mt Buller's Ski Fields was commissioned by the Ski Club of Victoria in 2021.
Working in collaboration with Peter McIntyre Associates, RTPM Projects designed, developed and documented a high-end 17 apartment complex for the site.
The apartments were all sold off-the-plan, ranging in price from $2.2m to $4.6m, for a total of just over $44m. Build and consultants costs for the project has come in at $26m resulting in a nett potential profit to the SCV of approximately $18m, which will be used to design and construct a new SCV Clubhouse, Hotel and other facilities on the SCV site.
Construction is due to commence in the first half of FY26.
Bright Velo
Bright Velo was built in 1862, it has a rich history but in recent times has needed a well deserved make over. The intention is to undertake major alterations and additions to make Bright Velo a premium accomodation offering in the High Country.
